Day 2 (5th of March)
Woke up pretty early around 7am plus and prepare ourselves to visit the school environment. Miss Huang (the teacher who in-charge of us) brought us around the food stall around our school for breakfast. We have‘ re gan mian ‘(dry noodles) for breakfast. Actually, the noodles are very simple, it is just noodles together with the sauce and chill but it is still very tasty. What amused me the most is that, most of the people in Wuhan is carrying a bowl of ‘Re Gan Mian’ walking around the street and eating with it. Then, we saw hot bubble tea which cost only 1.50 rmb and it is nice too!
Next, we went to take public transport to Nu Xiang Square where we buying our daily necessity at Carrefour Supermarket. It is fun and a new experience also. Alicia, Carmen, Hui Xin and I go and try KFC the egg tarts and it taste soft and special but too bad Mr Wee don’t like to eat egg tarts. Went to meet the other groups before heading back to hostel. This is when Alicia start screaming about her wallet is misplaced. Immediately, Carmen and her flee to the KFC restaurant and checked for her lost wallet. However, I do remember that I have check the table before we leave the restaurant, so I check her bag. & really, her wallet is inside her bag but is placed in the middle of her file. End up, I have to run all the way to chase them asking them the wallet is found. Luckily this is not Singapore, if not people will assume that why there three people running around the shopping centre playing catching. Still, when I saw Alicia face with guilty and relieved face for finding it her wallet, I still think is worth it being crazy once in a blue moon. We got pang-seh by Jack Boon they all. Carmen, Alicia and I was waiting for Xiao Hua to buy finish her pen. However, those guys and Huixin left without us. So being new, we are still unfamiliar with the route to our hostel. We can only follow by the map. We were to hungry so we saw a stall selling RGM (Ren Gan Mian) , so we sat there at eat. Luckily, we saw Mr Wee and the REB girls and we manage to figure out the route back to hostel ourselves. So, we girls can also depend on ourselves when we need help.
Headed back to hostel and do housework with my roommates, Xiaohua and Alicia. At night, we went to a Chinese restaurant which is 2 bus stops away from our school. Ten of us including Mr Wee went to eat and the dinner took 3 – 4 hours long because we were chatting about our school life, teachers and many other stuffs. It is fun and enjoyable to know each other better. But before the dinner, my stomach was feeling very not good and not feeling well. Luckily, it felt better after some time, guess I am still not use to it to the weather and also the food here. After the long dinner, went back to hostel and pack our bag to prepare us to go for the cruise for three days. There some problems with my internet connection. So end up I went to bed early and end of my day.

Day 1 (4th of March)
Yes, finally this day arrival already. I am very excited and looking forward to this trip to Wuhan after my examination. I am too nervous sleep as I scare I will miss my flight, overslept etc. Some of my other friends from other division, where they depart to Wuhan on Tuesday (one day earlier than us) we webcam together and show me their room facilities. When the time is nearer to the meeting time, my dearest mum and elder sister fetch me to airport and sent me off. The moment I step into the Airport Terminal one, I saw a lot of people wearing Ngee Ann Polytechnic clothes. This is the first time I leave Singapore for so long, 42 days long. Immediately, I spotted a few friends who are going Wuhan together and some of my classmate who came to send us off. & thanks manling who make an effort and come all the way from the west area to Changi Airport and send us off even though she was late. Seriously, I am very grateful that those friends willing to come down from the east to the west especially to send us off. After Mr. Wee help us check in our luggage, we bid goodbye to our lovely family member and friends. To my surprise, my luggage weight only 17.8kg for 6 weeks. The night before, I even have difficulties closing and locking the luggage. Around 7am we walk around the airport to take pictures and get to know other people from our division that is going to go Wuhan too. After 20 minutes, we finally inside the aircraft from China Southern airline but we were all separate from my good of friends when we sitting in the plane. Soon around 8am, the planes set of and fly toward to Guang Zhou. I am not very lucky as I didn’t get to seat window seat. I sat with two people in the plane from other division; their name is Shun Gen and Samila (if I spell correctly). They are actually quite friendly and helpful to me. It is a good opportunity to meet both of them. But the flight from Singapore to Guang Zhou is around 4 hours long so we were too tired so after chatting we all fall asleep.
We have the fish with rice set meal. It is not very delicious but just a simple meal first. However, when we reach Guang Zhou airport around afternoon, we need to queue very long to check in our luggage again to Wuhan plane. So, the big group of us we to eat in the Airport but the food were very expensive. It cost 58rmb for just one plate of normal rice set which is not worth it. Before, we board to the Wuhan plane, 9 of us start to realize we don’t know each other name very well, so we start to re-introduce. It fun to meet xiaohua, cheongrui, hansu, jack boon and Jin rong.
In the plane to Wuhan, Carmen and I exchange sit with some other guys from other division so we can sit together with Alicia. & because of that I think we are the noisiest of all in the cabin of the plane. So now, we know each other better and I felt that we can really click along. When we reach Wuhan Airport, it is super cold! It was 4 degree around 5pm in the evening. We went to change a bus and the driver drove us to Wuhan institute of technology hostel of international student. All four of us (Carmen, Huixin, Alicia and me) slept all the way for the 2 hours journey. Mr Wee change our hostel roommates, so end up Alicia, xiaohua and me is together is one room. All of us were very excited to see our room, and it turn out not as bad as what I think. However, all of us were too tired so we slept early.
